02 Nov WEC 8 Hours of Bahrain
The 2024 WEC season came to a close in the autumn heat of the Bahrain International Circuit after a grueling 8-hour race. Brian Katan and Dejan Samardzic spent the week in Bahrain making sure that there were no issues with the torque sensor data during the free practice sessions, qualifying, and the race. This was a successful completion of the WEC season with MagCanica having attended all the year’s race events, capping the first full season with MagCanica torquemeters running on all Hypercar class and GT3 class vehicles. The race also provided the opportunity to test the latest version of embedded firmware that MagCanica has been developing over the course of the last several months, providing new and valuable features to end users and governing bodies. Brian and Dejan stayed after the race for the traditional Awards Ceremony celebration that was held at the famous Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq resort. Preparations have already started at MagCanica for the 2025 WEC season support.
