Supporting the latest round of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, MagCanica engineering representatives Gary Fernicola and Gavin Ho traveled from San Diego to Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. During the 2-hour, 40-minute race, Prototype (GTP), GTD, and GTD Pro entries equipped with the series-mandated MagCanica UHA torque sensor navigated iconic corners including the Kink, the Carousel, and Canada Corner amid close competition. Throughout the weekend, all 70 UHA sensors operated without reported failures or major issues, underscoring the system’s reliability throughout the 2025 season.

MagCanica will continue working with IMSA, OEMs, and customer teams over the final three events of the 2025 schedule to refine processes, support implementation, and help partners finish the year strong.
