11 May WEC 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps

MagCanica’s ongoing 2024 WEC season support journeyed to Spa, Belgium with Jennifer Weyland (Director of Operations), Brian Katan (Senior Software and Embedded Systems Engineer), and Dejan Samardzic (Principal Engineer).  The scheduled 6-hour race was stretched by almost 2 hours due to the severity of the crash between the Cadillac LMDh and BMW GT3 cars, prompting a red flag situation with under 2 hours left on the clock.  Nonetheless, the race remained exciting with no major issues surfacing on MagCanica’s end across all 101 torquemeters fielded for the Spa event.  The sunny weather was an added bonus at the famously rainy Spa-Francorchamps track.
