WEC Lone Star Le Mans

Electrical Hardware Engineering Manager Paul Gautiva and Mechanical Design & Application Engineer Gary Fernicola returned to the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) to support the FIA at Round 6 of the 2025 World Endurance Championship in Austin, Texas. The Lone Star Le Mans, in its second year at COTA, featured six hours of competition across the Hypercar and LMGT3 classes in rapidly changing conditions, from rain to bright sunshine.

Despite the demanding environment, all 86 MagCanica driveshaft torque sensors operated as specified, with no failures or major issues reported. The event further demonstrated the sensors’ durability and measurement accuracy, contributing reliable torque data that assisted teams and officials throughout the race. MagCanica appreciates the opportunity to support the series and its competitors.
