15 Jun 24 Hours of Le Mans
With driveshaft torque measurement now mandatory in the World Endurance Championship not only for the Hypercar category but also for the LMGT3 category, MagCanica fielded 108 UHA driveshaft torque systems across 37 vehicles during the legendary 24 Hours of LeMans race this year. Principal Engineer Dejan Samardzic, Senior Embedded Systems engineer Brian Katan, and Mechanical Engineer Bryce Hegemier provided round-the-clock support to the FiA and ACO governing bodies during this 101st running of the classic race, which this year was characterized by heavy rain throughout the night. All 108 systems that ran survived, further validating the emerging success of the MagCanica UHA driveshaft torque sensor system.
