Lone Star Le Mans

Senior software engineer, Brian Katan and Mechanical Design Engineer, Gary Fernicola represented MagCanica at the 6th World Endurance Championship Race event of the season, The Lone Star Le Mans. For the first time in 4 years, this 6-hour race was run on the Circuit of the Americas, in the extreme summer heat of Austin, Texas.  MagCanica engineers worked alongside the FIA during Free Practice Sessions, Qualifying, and Race day to ensure all UHA torque sensors on 36 LMH and LMGT3 series cars, were functioning as intended. Adding to this season’s reliability track record, there were no sensor failures throughout the race weekend.
